Hello, nice to meet you and thanks for taking a look at my profile! My name is Wallace Hobbs and I currently live in the Philadelphia area.
I was in the Army in Infantry, Air Defense, & Supply and lived in SC, CA, Germany, Italy NC and PA for 16 yrs, until I broke my neck in a training accident and have to leave Military Service. I have learned since then that Life is "Too Short" not to help others.
After over 3 years of painful rehab I am happy to report to you that I am back on my feet again and enjoying life at a somewhat slower pace now.
I still like to Rock Climb and Surf and Body Board in Hawaii, Water Ski, Snow Ski in Vail, Scuba Dive with the Sharks in Hawaii, enjoyed Boating in NC and Body Building in the Gym and other outdoor sports. I really love the Ocean and the water in General. I love to Travel everywhere I can and meet people. I love Sunsets over the water and that is one of my favorite simple pleasures in life to behold!
After my accident, I decided that I wanted to learn to be a Real Estate Investor. I ordered the Carlton Sheets Program, then Robert Allen's. I also bought Dean Grazioz and Russ Whitneys, and others, with no positive results. I even Enrolled in a $10K program with A. D. Kessler and it was good information but I had no real Support.
I just about gave up until I recently started working with a company and a very supportive community of like-minded investors that has helped me to acquire over $1.2 million in Real Estate in less than a year. This has been so exciting for me and has really changed my life.
I have been very fortunate with my recent success and now own homes in Beautiful Kona, Hawaii & Atlantic Beach, NC & Morehead City, NC & Newport, NC & Beaufort, NC, in Horsham, PA and just bought two brand new construction homes in Charlotte, NC and I am currently looking for to buy some more cash flow properties. I have been truly blessed.
I am a active Real Estate Investor and a part time independent student advisor for a Real Estate Education college which helped me to get started as a full time Investor. In my humble opinion it is one of the best Real Estate Investing schools in the United States. I now focus on Real Estate Investing and helping others move forward towards their goals.
