"Wally and Cindy represented us in selling and purchasing our homes. We interviewed several local agents to decide who we thought would do the best job selling our house. Wally stood out above everyone else. Wally actual looked at our house BEFORE giving us the listing price. Many agents looked at comps and told us the price and the condition our house was irrelevant. We lived in a neighborhood where many houses are completely outdated, by decades, and ours had been largely updated; so it seemed to us that there should be some price variation and all of the money that we had poured into renovations should be considered. Wally suggested a higher price than the agents with only comps. Our house sold in 10 days in May 2011, needless to say, he must have done a good job pricing the house."

"In looking at houses Wally was really good about pointing out the negatives in a potential home so that down the road re-selling it wouldn't be an issue. We found a house we loved and our offer was accepted. We had inspections, then the problems began. Cindy stepped in to help with inspections. Our house is a newer house and we were surprised to find several issues that needed to be dealt with prior to closing. We had to get a builder to fix an issue and the Kerrs helped work that out. As we were just a couple of weeks away from closing the house leaked. We had to have several people out try to fix that issue, and again, we had to negotiate how that would be fixed. Cindy did a great job staying on top of everything. She helped me remain calm through the entire process because I knew that she was doing a good job managing the situation and taking care of what needed to be done. Finally, we had two sets of movers. One set, 2 Fellas and a Big Vehicle were excellent. The set (from another moving company) on the moving day was another story entirely. The charged me almost double what they told me they would charge me and messed up furniture and our refrigerator. Once I told Cindy how horrible the movers were, Cindy stepped in to help get the mover pay for a new refrigerator door to replace the door they damaged the most, and when I told her about the other door, she offered to contact them again!""
