First time buyers have lots of questions and need a patient, guiding hand to walk them, step by step, through the labyrinth of purchasing a home. From getting them into the right area of the cities that I specialize in, explaining the intricacies of financing, to counseling them through the different types of turbulence they may encounter in a typical purchase. Being there for my client, for even their smallest concerns, is what I am all about.
Move-up buyers have special needs with selling a current property, locating the right property in the right area, and financing. They often are moving to a new area and want quality and creature comforts in their new home, and I am great at finding this for them.
Investors come in all shapes and sizes. The beginner that sees Now as the time to jump in the market but really are not sure how to do it, and need help managing the property. The seasoned investor that is really looking at the bottom line numbers and a particular return on investment and everything in between. I can offer the full range of services for the persons wanting to buy and rent out the property to the flipper that wants to get the best deal, fix it, and flip it for maximum profit.

After graduating from Orfalea College of Business , California Polytechnic State University(Cal Poly), San Luis Obispo I went to work as a new product planner for two distinguished Silicon Valley medical manufacturing companies. One produces cancer treatment (Oncology) equipment the other ultrasound devices. Wanting a job closer to my family and home in Pleasant Hill, I made the transition to IT Project Management working for four major Bay Area companies in the cities of Oakland, Foster City and San Francisco.
Although my career was solid it lacked a link with my passion for helping people, face to face, in life enhancing and changing directions. This is what led me to a remarkable career in real estate where my passion for helping people, planning and project management skills serve my clients daily.
I currently give back to my community by enthusiastically serving on the Board of the Pleasant Hill Elementary Education Foundation (PHEEF) and as a Board Member, Division Director and Coach for Pleasant Hill Martinez Soccer Association (PHMSA). If I am not out serving my clients then you can find me coaching our youth on a soccer field or talking soccer with my other coaches at Peets Coffee in Pleasant Hill.
