I have been a full time realtor since 1993 and specialize in selling country properties in the Franklin County area of the Pioneer Valley region. I have received numerous top producer awards including gold award status since 1998, Platinum Circle Award Winner in 2002, and #1 status in 2007 for highest number of sales for Massachusetts Coldwell Banker Affiliates, Presidential Award Winner for Coldwell Banker Affiliates, Realtor of the Year for Coldwell Banker Upton-Massamont REALTORS and #1 Realtor in Franklin County in Sales. I focus primarily on representing country properties and keep ahead of the technology curve by marketing properties on line using virtual tours, video, slide shows and detailed property descriptions. I have an excellent real estate web site and blog and active in the social network arena.
In addition. I do enjoy working with first time home buyers and seniors and received the designations of Certified Buyers Agency and Senior Real Estate Specialist.
The majority of my business comes from repeat business and referrals. I am a native of the area and my husband and I built our own home which we've owned for 24 years. I enjoy landscaping and gardening and spending time at home with my Beagle "Millie".
