I grew up in Hampton and my grandfather and aunt owned a hotel and restaurant at the beach. Do you remember Woody's? I am a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston with a BS in Civil Engineering (loved living in Bean Town from 1984-1989), and also have my MS from the University of New Hampshire (grad 1994), also in Civil Engineering. I worked at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard from 1989-1992 and spent some time on the subs while there, a very interesting place to work.
I have lived in many seacoast towns at various times, currently in Exeter, and enjoy having roots in what I believe, is the best place in this country to live. Besides engineering jobs, I have had a few of my own businesses and was even a painting contractor at one time. Over the last 5 years I have been in the mortgage business as a residential mortgage originator and had my own office where I did all of my own processing....so, I know financing!
My strongest attributes include communication; I listen as well and am straight forward. I am looking forward to each and every homeowner, helping them make it happen and choose a great property, as well as negotiate a great deal, all coupled with a great attitude!
My favorite aspect of the seacoast and southern NH is the character of its people and places. The culture is diverse and full of nooks and crannies. The homes and towns are varied in style and feel.
What do I enjoy doing, (besides real estate!)? Anything to do with the beach anywhere along the coast, great dining, theater, music, golf, hitting baseballs at Dover High School, you name it. If it makes me smile or laugh, I'll do it.
