Licensed since 1981, Wayne "SHORTY" Short is a past president of the Wichita Association of Realtors and Owns and brokers two RE/MAX offices in Wichita, KS.  For ten years Wayne's offices have been #1 in transactions per associate (the most efficient agents in town) of the top 5 companies in units sold.  Wayne and his son, Kirk, sold in excess of 100 homes per year for the last 4 years to Residents in KS and clients wanting investment property in Kansas.
