Hi Wayne - It's been a full month since escrow closed on the house and we have finally settled in.  This feels more and more like ‘home' every day.  It's still hard to believe this is our house, we feel very fortunate to have found this place and we could not have done it without you.  We wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for all your hard work and assistance during our first home buying experience.  We were extremely nervous about the entire process and you offered a lot of expertise and wise advice when things started to get ‘bumpy'.   Both Nathan and I always felt that you had our best interests in mind, you were not just out to make a sale, but make sure that we got into a good house that we would be happy in.  Being able to trust and rely on someone for this large of a purchase if extremely important, and you were definitely someone we could count on.  Not only did you perform as our real estate agent, but you went above and beyond the call of duty by helping us with some projects around the house and for this we are truly thankful.  You have inspired us to become more DIY type of people.
