A comprehensive inspection is the typical home inspection. It will take approximately two hours to complete and will provide you with as much information as possible about your home. All the conditions noted during our inspections are recorded. Our home inspection includes a comprehensive visual examination of the home's readily accessible elements and components.
THIS INSPECTION INCLUDES:
* Building/ Exterior
* Roof
*Garage
*Floor/Walls/Ceiling
*Plumbing
*Electrical
* Heating/ Cooling
*Attic
*Kitchen
*Overall
PRE-LISTING INSPECTION
A pre-listing is a comprehensive inspection performed for the seller on a home before it is listed for sale. It provides the seller with the opportunity to correct problems before they become an issue at closing. The seller can typically have a higher asking price for the property if problems do not exist or have already been corrected. This report also makes and excellent marketing tool for your property. A pre-listing report provides a third party, unbiased opinion to offer potential buyers and may encourage buyer to waive inspection contingency.
FOUR-POINT INSURANCE INSPECTION
A four point insurance inspection is a report that most home owner's insurance companies require . The Florida insurance companies prefer to use licensed and qualified home inspectors to complete the four point inspection. Some insurance companies will not cover you anymore without this inspection. This inspection is far less in scope than the comprehensive home inspection. It is a limited visual survey of the following:
*Heating/Air Conditioning
*Plumbing
*Roof
*Electrical

We offer 10% off on all pre-listing inspections. The best product around. Beat the "pending inspection clause"
There are many benefits to having a home inspection. A home inspection is a thorough examination of the conditions of the home's structure and operating components. The inspection helps you understand what you are purchasing before you sign on the dotted line. It is also a good idea to have your home inspected prior to selling in order to identify items that need repair. This will prevent the last minute back-outs at closing. (The "pending inspection" clause is now in most real estate contracts).
