Before you choose anyone else, I'd like you to meet me - Bill Martin at RLSTATE.com (8 year alumni of Prudential Carolinas Realty).  Why?  Because I'll help you find what you want at the price you can afford and in your time frame (ok, well, if you're realistic, but that's something you'll get as well - honesty).

You'll immediately notice, from my credentials, that I'm different.  I've got a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California Irvine and an MBA from East Tennessee State University.  Of course, I also have the 3-letter real estate abbreviations like ABR (accredited buyer's representative).  You'll certainly likely to ask what brought me here and I'll be happy to share that with you, but you should know I've been in Charlotte since 1991 and I can't think of leaving.  The quality of life here is just wonderful and you're very likely to agree that, for the price, Charlotte real estate can't be beat.

Testimonials?  Yes, I supply ALL  of my past clients to customers at any request.  Of course, the results will include everyone and won't be just those I know will give the "glowing" remarks.  Real estate, after all, is an expensive proposition and I guide my clients as I would my mother - with an outlook the I hope will preserve their capital while obtaining the best home in the best location possible. 

I go beyond just real estate since I have the training and experience that other agent's don't.  As a former finance instructor, I can see beyond the "rate" and know which questions you need to ask your lender.  And, since I also taught advanced marketing, I can see beyond those "flowery" descriptions to narrow down your real estate search to the best candidates and not just those with better "remarks". 

Here IS my best advise:  get started.  True now as it was in 1958 when my parents purchase their first home for around $18,000 (market value now around $1,000,000), they are NOT making any more real estate!  Period.  Yes, real estate goes up (and it will again) and it goes down.  The take home message is, however, that you'll always do best by purchasing when other's are desperate to sell, and selling with other's are clamboring to buy.  It is a bit tough to do, psychologically speaking, but I'll help you through it as I have hundred's of others.  But, call me now.  There are thousands of agents and getting the right one can be a bit like finding a needle in a haystack.  You'll know I'm good, but will you be able to find me again.  The easiest way, remember the seven letters that "spell" (phonetically) real estate:  RLSTATE.com.
