Who Knew WKU (WeKnowUrban)
My wife and I decided to move back to Phoenix from California.
Before we knew it, we had found a condo that we fell in love with.
When it came to selecting a Realtor, we called one that we had used in
the past. Unfortunately she was unavailable, but referred us to Will.
We are so happy that she did.
Our condo buying process could have been very taxing for us--we were
shopping out of state, our time was constrained with work schedules,
the real estate agent representing the Seller was problematic (and on
and on). Will made everything go absolutely seamlessly, and even
picked up the pieces where the other Realtor was falling behind.
One situation that stands out for me personally was during our property
inspection. Will found a problem that the inspector missed, and, a
problem that was important enough that it needed to be addressed. Had
