Sellers are tired of being packaged into one type of listing service. Thus the burgeoning success of some of the limited service real estate brokerages. The problem with those services is their limited exposure and they are still packaging sellers into a plain package of services but now with little to no professional assistance to the seller. They simply list your home on the multiple listing service (MLS) and then turn their back. You are on your own.
We offer the full range of services from full service traditional sellers support to a transaction coordinator. All backed by the national recognition of Keller Williams. You pick the services that match your needs and the fees you're willing to pay. Look at it like a Happy Meal. You can pick and choose what kind of real estate marketing services you want and not pay for those you don't. It's a win-win proposition for all involved. Our fees are fully negotiable and can be very agressive for motivated home sellers.
But, make sure you really want to sell. We will not take a listing that we do not believe will sell within 30 days. Most agents will take any listing just to get their sign in the yard and try and pick up some buyer clients. They are wimps and will list a home at whatever price a seller wants to list at. We're different. We do extensive research into market trend sna d home values by neighborhood. We know what homes will sell for and price them to get top dollar but to sell within 30 days. If sellers are not willing to price within our required range we decline the listing. Trying to support listings that do not want to sell justs takes valuable time away from supporting those clients who are serious about their efforts to sell.

We are numbers oriented and look at the financial viability of an investment before even looking at the property. I am a Native Utahn and have lived in Utah most of my life. I attended East High School and graduated with a BS in Accounting from the University of Utah. After college I worked as a CPA with a National Accounting Firm (Coopers & Lybrand). Because of my love for Real Estate I obtained my Real Estatre license to purchase my own investment properties and to assist my friends and family as a sideline career. After being frustrated working in corporate America and making others wealthy ... I ended my public accounting career and went into Real Estate fulltime.
As a 20 year veteran in the Real Estate industry, I've experienced many market cycles and can help my clients through whatever challanges may arise. I specialize in Empty-Nesters, Executive, and 2nd Home Buyers, but also assist first-time home buyers get into their home home with No Money down.
