When working with a buyer or seller I listen to their needs and ask questions. Then I go right to work looking at listings for my buyers, keeping them up to date on all new and price changed listings. I don't stop until we find the right house for them. As for my sellers, I'm making sure that I can get them the best price for their home. They worked hard for it!
After the contracts are agreed upon, I work closely with their mortgage lender, inspector, appraisers and the lawyers right to the end. I don't sit idle waiting for someone to call me. I call them and give my client details on what is going on. I don't want them being left in the dark not knowing what the next step will be.

I like working with buyers and sellers...I have a vast back ground in insurance, property management and of course the real estate business.
