- I am a mother, real estate broker and real estate investing coach - I am a full time investor and I love real estate. I have been in the business for over 25 years now.
My background
I love real estate and the art of the deal. I mostly am an investor, but I also teach real estate investors all over the country (and several other countries too) to be a real estate investors. I also coach and guide real estate agents on the topics of "How to work with real estate investors" and "Creative Seller Financing". I have published 4 books for the US and 1 for the UK. 3 of my books are for the real estate investor and 2 are more for the public and real estate agents - The 3 investor books - "Making Hard Cash in a Soft Real Estate Market", "Lease Options Made Simple (for the UK)" and "Investing in Real Estate with Lease Options and Subject Tos". My 2 new books are for the current situation in our country - "Rent to Buy" WHAT can buyers and sellers (Rent to Sell) do right now to buy or sell a home? Also, and more importantly for this site, What can agents do in the market? A lot!!! My two new books are called "Rent-to-Sell" and "Rent-to-Buy" - one for sellers and one for buyers and the real estate agents that support them.
