I specialize in single family purchase and refinance business. This means that I am very knowledgeable about the guidelines, issues, challenges, and programs that may affect your family's primary residence, vacation home, and any rental property.
I personally have both bought and built existing homes for my primary residence as well as invested in rental property. Besides my 21 years of experience in Albuquerque Home Loans, I too am a homeowner and a real estate investor.
