My Experience:

I've been an Office Manager for over 14 years. I earned my Real Estate License in June '02, my e-PRO certification in September '07, my A-REO certification through Freddie Mac in April '11 and my Equator REO Silver Certification in October '11. I work exclusively with REO properties through various financial entities. I believe whole heartedly in the Code of Ethics. It's all about the clients and their best interests!

I love this County! The land of trees, cheese and ocean breeze! It's beautiful here and each city is very different from the others...there is something for everyone! The community is small and tight-knit. The people here are friendly and helpful. To the south is Beaver, Hebo, Cloverdale, Pacific City & Neskowin; to the north Bay City, Garibaldi, Rockaway Beach, Wheeler, Manzanita & Nehalem; to the west Netarts, Oceanside & Cape Meares; and the hub of the County is the City of Tillamook.
