Working with buyers and sellers in NH's Lakes Region and throughout Southern New Hampshire. I have a strong background in real estate marketing and Internet promotion.

Professional Background:

I started in real estate in 1996 when my next door neighbor recruited me to join their new real estate company. My background before entering real estate was in marketing and web site development. I designed that office's new company web site, one of the first in the area.

 

Ever since then, I have continued to utilize my marketing talents, both in online advertising as well as traditional print media, to offer my real estate clients the most extensive, successful marketing program.

 

I has built my business and reputation on maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Realizing that my client's time is important, I use the latest technologies to make the real estate transaction more efficient I am constantly accessible via phone and e-mail and am very experiencing in working with out of area buyers through the use of e-mailing documents and information packages. My response time when responding to e-mails is usually less than two business hours.

 

My business practice is to work with a limited number of clients at any given time, thus being able to give them the highest level of service and attention. Every transaction deserves the highest, most competent level of commitment and service. I work with each client as if I were the one buying the property.

I will work with buyers looking in any NH town, however, my main region includes the Lakes Region including the towns of Gilford, Meredith, Laconia, Alton, Moultonboro, Center Harbor, Tuftonboro and Wolfeboro, Merrimack Valley region from Concord down to the MA border and the NH Seacoast including the towns of Portsmouth, New Castle, Rye and Hampton.
