I am a dedicated customer service professional.  I pride myself on not just listing, but selling homes and not making people home buyers but home owners. 

I believe in the importance of continual education.  I attend every educational offering available so that I can offer my clients up to the minute information about the Real Estate market in general and their area, specifically.  In fact, I believe so strongly in the value of continued training that I started taking additional training classes before I had even received my license and I haven't stopped since.

I am a native Californian who can't imagine living anywhere else.  I grew up in Lomita, Calfornia and have lived in Orange County, including Anaheim, Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa and the City of Orange.  I then moved to Los Angeles (the Fairfax District) and the Hollywood Hills.  My marriage in 2003 brought me to Claremont where I have happily planted myself and taken root. 

I have enjoyed, and continue to enjoy, a varied and multi-faceted life.  As a wife, step-mother, successful professional entertainer (Actress, Children's Entertainer, Stand-up Comic), a published writer, an award winning artist and a Chocolatier, I have learned that there is a great deal of truth to the old adage "If you want something done, ask a busy person".   I am a busy person who gets things done.

My experiences in the fast-paced world of the entertainment industry have prepared me for the demands of a successful real estate career. 

I have had an active interest in the Southern California real estate market since my earliest days.  When some kids were reading comic books under the covers by flashlight, I was reading "Homes and Land". 

I bring my understanding of the importance of details, my willingness to work tirelessly for my clients and my sense of humor to the field of real estate.

I take my promise to adhere to the Realtor's code of ethics seriously.  I am a Short Sale/Foreclosure Specialist having successfully negotiated on both the buyer's and seller's sides of these challenging transactions, 

I am the local Claremont area specialist and I also work with buyer's and sellers in and around the Inland Empire.  I assist families in the communities of Claremont, Montclair, La Verne, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Alta Loma and Pomona.  I can assist you in other areas by referral.

I am eAgentc certified.  Have graduated from the Keller Williams Realty's CAMP 4-4-3 program as well as WIN Forms training, and several specialized training classes on the Residential Purchase Agreement.  I take a minimum of two continuing education classes a week in order to be the best prepared, best informed and best educated Real Estate professional I can be.  My clients deserve nothing less.

I am also a licensed ham radio operator KI6DBR, and am the first woman in the world to have EVER bounced her voice off of the moon on her first ever contact using a 150 meter dish at the Owens Valley Radio Observatory (Talk about an unbeatable record!)
