About Sheridan

Sheridan is located at the base of the Bighorn Mountains in Wyoming. The area has some of the most desired real estate in Wyoming. The Powder River Basin provides the coal, methane gas, and oil to power a significant part of America. In addition to the two existing coal mines within minutes of Sheridan, there are hundreds of natural gas wells being brought on-line. The combination of breathtaking mountain views and abundant jobs creates a problem and an opportunity. The problem is bringing housing to the region. The opportunity is investment in land, apartments and business.

Many energy cycles have come and gone, leaving the region unprepared for long-term expansion. This energy cycle may have long legs. My father was in energy business during the late seventies. I have saw this scenerio first hand as a boy. The most notable difference is the global demand picture for Wyoming energy assests. For those who share this same view, contant me for a disscussion of the opportunities.

Areas of Expertise

Bob loves to spend time with his two children, Sam and Emma. The area around Sheridan is a great place to share nature and family. Bob also loves to assist people with their housing needs. Whether you are moving from Rock Springs or Detroit, Sheridan can make a lovely place for you to make a living for your family. Many new sub-divisions are now ready for first time home buyers and lower income housing. For those looking for land and a dream home, we can help make that a reality too.

For those dreaming of coming of working at the proposed Young's Creek Coal Mine, keep your fingers crossed. The high price of coal and the demand for clean energy is in your favor.
