I  reside in Simpsonville, SC in Greenville County. First I must say "I LOVE THE CAROLINAS". After living in New England for many years " too cold, too much snow", my family and I then moved to Florida where my parents retired. It was too hot and those hurricanes! It was at that point when we started to look for a place to call home and found that the Carolinas not only had our kind of weather but are also beautiful and convenient to a lot of destinations. My wife Martha is always amazed at how friendly people are here and my 15 year old son, Tristan is doing well at Hillcrest High and now is putting a lot of effort into playing the violin as a career choice. My 24 year old daughter is living with us now while she  continues her college education. Now, if I can just get my 27 year old son Jared to move down here from New Hampshire. Life would be perfect!

The only bad thing about the Carolinas, is that it took me almost 40 years to find them.

My main focus is FHA/VA and conventional, fixed rate mortgages in the Carolinas. I also specialize helping first-time home owners obtain their first mortgage.

I believe in being upfront with my clients, I also believe that it truly is my obligation to provide them with the best rate combined with taking the time to explain all options and details of the mortgage process to make it an informative as well as a pleasant experience.
