Win-Win Realty focuses on buyers that are downsizing through-out the south metro Denver suburbs of Littleton, Centennial, Castle Rock, Parker and Highlands Ranch. Empty nesters and Baby Boomers are entering the stage of life where they do not need such a large home and many are looking towards a lower or no maintenance lifestyle so they can spend more time travelling or doing other things they love now that their kids are grown, this is the niche that we love to work with, reaching that stage ourselves we are really focusing on the communities in the south metro are that offer that type of a lifestyle, from the numerous lofts, row houses and luxury condominiums that are popping up to the patio homes that offer a little more "home" feel without all of the yardwork that goes along with it.
- Jennifer Marshall is the managing broker, and has lived in the south Metro area for 37 years, a Masters in e-Commerce and a background in web development, she fully understands the usefulness of the internet and all its tools and technology
- John Marshall is a Denver native with a background in business management and marketing.
- Sherry Schmidt has lived in the Denver area most of her life. She has a degree from CSU in marketing and has several years experience as a HUD specialist
