About Us:
My name is Bethel Cohoon and I am the owner of Staged Home Designs. I have a BS in Education and experience in teaching kindergarten through adult students. My background teaching art has been a great help to me in teaching homeowner clients the importance of color and proportion as it relates to selling their home. Years of Rental Management of Lake property has helped me understand the importance of making the buyer(renter) feel at home. I further have become certified as an Accredited Staging Professional by Barb Schwarz of StagedHomes.com. Barb is the originator of the concept of Staging, has written numerous books on the subject and is a national lecturer and the face of Staging.
