I offer several programs to help make your transitions easier and less risky such as my Guaranteed Sale program where if I do not sell your home in the agreed timeframe, I will accept no commission for the sale; my Trade-Up program where if a buyer purchases one of my listings, I will purchase his home; my VIP Buyer program where buyers can be notified of properties that match their criteria as soon as they hit the market.
There are many web sites out there that promise to provide you with an accurate value for your home; however, only REALTORs have access to the actual sale information and can provide you with an accurate assessment of what your home may be worth after seeing your home first hand. If you want to know what your house is worth plus or minus 30% try them. If you would really like to know what your home is worth, call me. New Construction-I am very familiar with the local builders and can help buyers find the best home with the best package of builder incentives as well as provide insight as to choice of lot, what upgrades are worth the expense, and review of third parties inspection to make sure the home was built to code.
Resale Property-I use all of the tools at my disposal to make sure your home sells quickly and for the most amount of money. My Trade-up program makes it easier for homebuyers who must sell their home first to make a non-contigent offer on your home.
Trading Up-Sale of current property and purchase a larger home for a growing family. Trading up can be a very big step. I use the most effective marketing tools to sell your home quickly and ensure a smooth transition.
First Home Purchases-Purchasing a home for the first time can be intimidating. I help take the mystery and doubt out of the equation by explaining each step of the process and making sure timelines are met.
Investment Real Estate-I work with investors of residential property to achieve their income goals whether it be to buy, hold and lease, or to buy fix and resell.
Property Management-For landlords who do not wish to manage their own property, I offer that service as well.
