First of all I would like to thank you for all your hard work during the sale of our home. I'm not going to lie, selling the house was one of the hardest things that I had to endure in my life. My wife and I were looking for investment property. We drove in some areas that we liked to get a feel for different communities. I asked Wayne to help us. We gave him some specific houses we wanted to see, and told him of our general requirements. In addition to the homes we selected, Wayne located other houses that met out needs too.
