About Wendy...

The success of my business has been primarily from word of mouth I am happy to say.  I believe that the only important professional association is the one that I have with my clients. 

I have been a certified sales assistant by the HHMLS since 2003.  I am also a licensed real estate agent (currently in referral).  My years of involvement in the community have provided me with numerous resources.

I sincerely enjoy helping my clients succeed, and take the time necessary with them so that the marketing I do for them clearly reflects their objectives and personality.  There are so many agents in this area, I want my clients to have the edge of presenting themselves differently from everyone else.

What Can I Do For You?

Creative marketing is my forte.  I enjoy creating website content, writing letters, brochures and postcards.  I am extremely flexible and easy going. I have considerable experience working with Point 2 websites, Z57, Advanced Access, and RE/MAX Leadstreet.  I have also created websites using the Website Tonight program with Godaddy.com.  Perhaps you don't have the time to take advantage of the websites offered by the print media you purchase ads in...I can quickly upload your listings on HiltonHead360.com, Homes&Land, The Real Estate Book, or even Realtor.com.  Let's make sure that your listings are getting all the exposure they deserve!!
