About Bill William John Buscemi was born in Northhampton,MA and after several years of the inclement weather, Bill picked up and moved to Daytona, Florida, where he lived for another 11 years.
In 1993 Bill moved, with his wife Amanda, to Whittier, NC where Amanda's grandmother Margaret already lived.
Margaret help the two settle into the WNC area and after a very short while of exploring all the surrounding beauty, Bill put down roots and officially became a "half-back" the name given to people that move from the North then go to Florida, only to end up settling in WNC or NC. The locals say "they are halfway back home." |  |  |

Not only did Bill dedicate himself to becoming a Realtor last year, but he also decided to learn to play the bass. Kelly has been helping him and he has come along way in just over a year. He plays a Fender Precision Bass and a Engelhart Swingmaster stand-up bass.
