I have been serving west suburban Cuyahoga and northeastern Lorain counties since 1976. As a local area expert with knowledge of the communities, my objective is to work diligently to assist you in meeting your real estate goals.

My specialization for buyers is finding the correct fit. It is amazing how many buyers end up with a completely different home than the one they "thought" would be their dream home. My indepth knowledge of areas and home styles helps me to make suggestions to my clients that often bring them to that "aha" moment. That moment of realization when they recognize which of the important details in a home will fit their lifestyle and their budget. I specialize in knowing not only where to price the home to attract a ready, willing and able buyer, but how to present the home to its best advantage. Marketing strategy is crucial, this includes preparing/staging the home and then the marketing material used.

Photographs and virtual tours used for internet marketing and print media must be professional quality. My advertising copy is dynamic and placed where it will attract attention. I use top professionals for these services so that when a home is presented by me it is far above the competition and stands out to attract the potential buyer.
