Lance & Glynis Langenhoven moved to The Woodlands towards the end of 2001 from beautiful Surrey in England where they had lived for almost 10 years. Lance was a software analyst for about 20 years before becoming a realtor. The last 13 years before becoming a Woodlands realtor was spent with Sungard, a $10 billion dollar conglomerate.

With his programming expertise and computer knowledge he has become an an expert in online marketing, crucial for any realtor nowadays when dealing in the selling of homes or any other real estate. Lance provides the technical & online marketing direction for the group. He also lists homes as well as working closely with investors.

Glynis is a buyer's agent. She only works with one to two people at any one time. So, if you want exclusive one-on-one service... she's the one for you.

Jamie Quinn is our transaction co-ordinator. Once a deal is closed, Jamie takes the file and handles it through to closing. That means scheduling inspections, contacting mortgage companies, title companies, realtors, buyers, sellers, etc...

And then she makes sure everyone is notified of the proper closing date & time.
