I have dedicated eleven years of experience to the advocacy of buyer agency. When I made the conscious decision to work with only buyers, I soon realized that I was going against the grain of the traditional real estate business model. In 2003, I became an exclusive buyer's broker--a career move that is still not looked upon very favorably within the industry.
