About World West Investments:

 

My company helps real estate investors and developers achieve their investment and commercial development goals by clearly understanding their investment or project criteria, finding the properties that meet or exceed their financial expectations and/or project requirements, and negotiating deals on their behalf to yield desired outcomes. As an investor, I offer my services from an investors' perspective and I use this insight along with my ongoing commercial real estate education to benefit clients.

For developers, I have assembled a powerful and efficient team comprised of stellar and experienced professionals to help maximize and leverage time and resources in all phases of the site selection and acquisition process including market research, identification of prime locations, and the development of partnerships, joint ventures, and/or group investment opportunities. I am pursuing a rigorous commercial real estate education through various sources including the CCIM Institute where I am pursuing a CCIM designation, as well as a bachelors degree through Marylhurst University's Business and Leadership program.

Although I have been focusing primarily on the exclusive representation of commercial and investment real estate buyers, I can assist residential buyers as well. My clients are generally buyers who prefer to maintain the strength of their negotiating position through the avoidance of dual agency and maximize access to the marketplace through the avoidance of single agency working relationships.
