I'm a native Virginian with deep roots in Central Virginia. Though born and raised in the West End of Henrico, I grew up spending weekends sailing out of Jackson Creek in Deltaville or fishing at Trice's Lake in Cumberland. My experience in rennovating and redeveloping properties began when I was a youngster. Coming from a family of Real Estate Brokers and Investors, I bought my first property at Age 19 with the help of my family. Well before that point, I was learning about managing and rennovating properties from my mentor and Grandfather, Bob Ritchie. Ever since, I've been involved with Commercial and Residential Investment projects.

Prior to my career in real estate, I worked as an executive in the field of Receivables Management and Payment Systems starting and running several successful Richmond based businesses. Later, as an adjunct professor at J. Sargeant Reynolds, I enjoyed sharing my knowledge and experience through teaching at The Center for Entrepreneurial Development.

Today, I solely focuses on specialized marketing of Real Estate and Businesses. My team offers Buyer's Agency, Investment Counseling and Property Management Services. My marketing efforts focus on:
