About Us:

I have been appraising real estate property here in central Indiana for 14 years. Have been involved in the real estate business for 22 years. During that time I also was award the "Casper Award" for community service.

My day to day operations include assisting clients with valuations for refinancing, HELOC loaans,, and REO properties.

Residential Only: Single family homes, condominiiums, multi-family homes up to 4 units appraisal reviews and rew land.

Outside of the traditional lending assignments, I've also completed appraisal for tax reviews, estates, "pre-listing" and other "non-traditional" assignments.

Bill is also a leader in appraisal technology. He has been called on to serve as a beta tester for a major software vendor, including the advisory panel for A La Mode Inc. WinTOTAL, XSite, Davinci and Pocket TOTAL software.
