My company has a TRUE A-Paper Fallout! No reserves, no escrows, cashout to 95%, near conforming rates, and no MI! Specializing in DU Level II's and III's and ineligible files including JUMBO's.
We also have two BC products up and running. Our BC customers are typically one of the following: 60 days late past 12 mos, one day out of BK, jobtime issues, 525 scores and above.
