I was raised in Milford and graduated from Milford High School. I have been married for over twenty years to a man that was raised in Milford all his life as well. We were blessed with two wonderful children and have many family members that still live in the area.
Life ventures have taken me to live in Brighton, Michigan and Pensacola, Florida for a short time each, but, there was nothing like Southeastern Michigan for me.
I have been very involved with The Compassionate Friends (Grief Support Group) and a member the The Oak Grove Cemetery since the passing of my daughter in "2000".
Historical automobiles are one of my precisious hobbies. I have a 1976, all origina, l black (Smokey & The Bandit) Trans AM. My husband, son and I are co-event coordinators and workers for The Milford Car Show that is sponsored annually by Milford Business Association. We have been doing this for the past twelve years and are currently bringing in new young helpers to run the show.
My past life endeavers include: CEO of the Valko Household, Caregiver for the Elderly, Caregiver for the little people, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Department Manager, Bookkeeper & Treasurer.
