Description
YOUR PROFESSIONAL YAKIMA REALTOR WITH RAINBOW VISIONS providing superior levels of informed professional Real Estate services, to DIVERSE home buyers and sellers in the greater Yakima County area.

Quality Service

When you choose a Realtor to sell your home or help you purchase a new home, you'll experience a whole new level of service.

I joined the RE/MAX team from a management background.  I consider myself the hometown expert with a world of experience.  I'm just one of the guys next door, or down the block who enjoys working with diverse clients...I stay current with the latest technology and real estate law.  That's why I consider myself one of the Real Estate Leaders.

I am currently being coached on how to operate my business.  My coach is helping me to implement a series of systems which generate a predictable stream of referred clients.  Working by referral frees up my time to be more effective in real estate.  So friends, family, past clients, business acquaintances and current clients is a clear testament of my succsess and dedication to superior customer satisfaction.

As a local Director for the Yakima Association of Realtors and Board of Directors for the Yakima Humane Society and Washington State Associations Operations Committee memeber I'm a valuable resource for all Real Estate in the Yakima County.  Having the designation of ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) as well as AHWD (At Home With Diversity).  I feel I am able to be of great use to all who refer my name in the Real Estate industry.

Curb Appeal

When real estate agents and buyers refer to curb appeal, it means the initial impact the home makes when the buyer first views it.  Visualize a buyer driving up to your curb.  What would he see?  Landscaping in need of work?  A fence in need of painting?  If the ouside of the house is in shambles, a buyer may not be motivated to get out of the car and come inside!  Walk across the street from your home and pretend you're a buyer, viewing the home for the first time.  From the parking area, glance around the front yard.  Note hedges and trees that need to be trimmed.  How about the front door, windows and the porch.  This is not only for aesthetics but for safety reasons as well.  A safe home is one that has a clear view of the parking area and walk ways, free of obstructions and overgrown foliage.  What about paint and eaves could it use a new coat?  Make sure your front door is in good repair, too-including the screen door, if applicable.  Buyer's impressions as they enter the home set the stage for the rest of the showing.

The REALTOR with Rainbow Visions!  I am a REALTOR who likes to work with Diverse clients.  I want to help you and assist in finding your Pot of Gold.
