Hello! My career as Real Estate start with my personal esperience as Sell by owner my own Home in Puerto Rico. Was a process for a full year, receiving call, receiving persons on my house using all the tools in the marketing area as website, newspaper, magazines, flyer, emails to friends and more. Finally a sold my house. I decide move to Florida and start a new life here. I choose a Luxury Realty as Realtor company for buy my house. The service was excellent, professional and friendly. They do all the step for my, they look about more than 15 properties and sending al the pictures for me using the Internet. They was my eyes on Florida because I was in PR. After that I buy my house and then I decide start in R.E. I take the Course FREC 1and now i waiting for the Estate Test. The opporunity of learn all the business by my own and learning all I can in the company and all my experiense many years on direct sale that I have that going to make me not the best of the best but yes! a good professional services and going better and better.
