About Tiffany:
As a REALTOR® serving the Yuba-Sutter area since 2003, it has been my privilege to work with many wonderful people, from first-time home buyers just out of school to seasoned investors with specific financial objectives. The real estate industry has provided me an endless opportunity to learn, expanding my professional horizons with each relationship I build.
For five generations now, my family has made its home right here, with my three children representing the sixth generation. My roots here are strong and because of this, I like to think of myself as not only a REALTOR®, but also as an ambassador. I believe these roots enhance my ability to serve my clients with a depth of local knowledge that sets me apart from my peers.
Like my parents, I graduated from Yuba City High School as a proud Honker. I began working at my grandfather's local dry cleaning business, Butler Cleaners, where I learned both the fine points of running a small business and the art of providing excellent customer service. Later, I attended Heald Business College, where I majored in accounting. After college, I made the choice to become a full-time mom, which has proved to be my most valuable experience to date. Raising my kids has taught me patience, to which I am sure most mothers can relate! On a more professional level, it has given me the ability to listen, assess, and resolve practically any issue that arises, which has proven invaluable to both my clients and me.
I strongly believe that it is my personal and professional duty to serve my clients with honesty and integrity, focusing on their best interests as my top priority. At times, this has meant putting my personal feelings, time investments, and financial interests aside in favor of my client's. I see each client as more than a simple transaction. I view each one as a potential friend and neighbor.

I can't express in words how great it is to finally be able to walk around the neighborhood without fear of getting mowed down by a car, caught up in gang activity, or having to walk past half a dozen drug deals. My son and I are trying to walk nearly every day and we're constantly meeting new neighbors. Oh, and it's especially nice to have a washer and dryer inside the house!!!

When I bought my Sacramento, CA home in July 2008, the market was anything but predictable. Prices were extremely volatile due to the increasing foreclosure rate. Virtually every house we looked at had multiple competing offers, some with as many as 10 or 12. After making a couple of offers and being outbid, Tiffany and I sat down to strategize and reassess my situation. It was all about the backyard. Tiffany told me she had found the perfect home for me - she was right. My elderly mother and I were moving back to Yuba City from Redding, California, where we had a small home with a large yard. We were afraid we would be stuck in a "cookie cutter" home with no yard, but Tiffany struck gold when she found the home we ended up buying. Complete with a coy pond, manicured lawn, raised flowerbeds, and space for RV parking, this is a house I am happy to call home. Tiffany really did her homework on this one!
