Before becoming a real estate expert I worked as a Journeyman Electrician in the construction industry for over 10 years across British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. During that time I had the opportunity to see first hand the ground up building processes giving me the ability to quickly distinguish quantity vs quality common in todays market.
