About Us:

Growing up in Jamaica, West Indies, I was raised with a strong work ethic and was taught to always strive for excellence in my endeavours. Having lived in New Jersey for over twenty years, with more than fifteen of them as a divorcee, raising two small boys, I've learned to adapt, adjust and ‘roll with the punches'. I also became a homeowner and know firsthand how challenging the process can be.

While working two jobs and raising my sons, I went to college full time and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from DeVry University. I relocated to Central Florida over five years ago to be with my family.

Relocating is never easy! But, I'm very familiar with the process and can help make the transition a relatively hassle-free one.

I'm now a "Jamaican, Jersey Girl" enjoying the Florida Lifestyle, where everyday feels like a vacation. I have always been fascinated with Real Estate and began to invest in single family homes and vacant land shortly after arriving here in Florida. My love for real estate, bundled with the desire to help others fulfill their dream of homeownership, propelled me into the career of REALTOR® and Mortgage Broker. My in-depth training includes special real estate courses such as Real Estate Practice, Foreclosure and Short Sales Negotiations, Economics, Financing, Property Management, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Exchanges, Taxation, and Creative Financing. I currently hold memberships with the Greater Lake County Board of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida Association of REALTORS®, and the Central Florida Real Estate Investors Association. I am also an active member and previous Executive Vice President of Congregation Sinai in Clermont, FL.

As an individual who relocated to Florida several years ago, I know how challenging it can me to make the transition.

I love working with first time home buyers, investors and as a Certified Foreclosure Prevention Consultant, I work with numerous owners potentially facing foreclosure. I work with them to find a work-out solution with a lender, provide advice as to the other options that may be available to them based on their particular situation.
