The Spring/Woodlands area of Houston, TX is very large.  It reaches from FM 1960 north to Hwy 242 and East to West from 249 to near the George Bush IAH Airport.  Looking at the maps it can be discouraging but with my knowledge combined with your needs we can get you in just the right spot! 

You are mainly looking at 3 school Districts in 2 counties.  Tax rates vary throughout the area and there is a great mix of established and new construction neighborhoods.  We have homes that fall within every price range starting below $100,000 and reaching to Multi-Millions.  There are many attractions and ammenities for all needs including multiple golf courses, fishing lakes, campgrounds, hike/bike trails, and shopping malls.  For a newcomer package please feel free to contact me and I would be more than happy to get you any information that would make your transition easy!
