When I decided to start looking for a home I needed a realtor. Many people I spoke with said buying a home can be a nightmare and I got more complaints then referrals. Boy was I lucky when I found Jane. I have got to be one of her lowest dollar clients but I felt like I was getting the royal treatment. It all starts with the initial call and then she emailed me listings that matched my criteria, and I emailed her listings I wanted to see and had questions about. This process took me over 6 months and we visited many places. When looking at the Condo I live in now, I remember saying this is the one. The Condo meets my price, location and the building is nice. Even then there was absolutely no pressure from Jane to buy. Well I did buy. Jane´s friendly and professional manner compliments her extreme knowledge of this industry. I believe I would still be renting if I did not meet Jane, but now I own my first Condo/Home.

Jane even put on jeans and boots (and braved snakes and poison ivy) to help us dig through the brush behind our house and locate an elusive storm drain.
