What I Know Best

Having lived on the Eastside most of my life, I am very knowledgeable of the areas schools, amenities shopping and churches.  I went to Moorlands, Northshore Jr High and Inglemoor and my boys will attend the same JR/SR Highs.  My daughter attended schools in the Lake Washington school district, which is also a great district.

I love working with both buyers and sellers.  Each has a specific goal and nothing brings me greater joy then to help a client achieve that goal.  Even during difficult times such as foreclosure, my heart goes out to my clients and while I may have to deliver bad news, I am ALWAYS honest, straight forward and compassionate.  My clients respect my honesty, even if it's not the news they wanted.
