Originally moving from the states, I see the potential the Saint John area has, with its abundant natural resources, scenic hills and endless waterways. I will offer a comparative market analysis, or CMA. A CMA compares your property to other real estate property listings, preferably ones that have sold. I will provide you with a figure for which your property will sell successfully. Once your property is listed in the MLS listings, I will advertise within websites, newsletters, flyers, post cards and offer bulletins for other realtors to see so that your property gains maximum exposure. I will help you "Stage" and perform successful "Open Houses" on your property, during which potential buyers can see all that is great about your home.

BENEFITS OF A BUYERS AGENT:

Having access to the Multiple Listing Services or MLS gives me the ability to search specific criteria and find the perfect property. In addition, I can narrow real estate property listing searches by capping the minimum and maximum prices that you wish to spend. Once homes are selected for viewing, I will then ensure that appointments are set up with the sellers of the homes to view the property. The negotiation stage comes next, where I will come in handy.
