About Us:

Some of the nicest comments I've received from my clients involve communication, knowledge and my ability to describe the process and educate people in layman's terms.   My "other" clients, known as realtors, CFPs, and CPAs, compliment me for my knowledge, prompt attention to THEIR clients and, most importantly, getting done and closed according to contract!

 As Your Mortgage Concierge, it is my goal to provide you with exemplary service during the transaction and after, that will have you calling me time and time again and referring your friends, associates and family.   As a mortgage banker, I have access to dozens of investors so that I may provide you with the full range of products and pricing to fit your needs.   As a Summit County resident, I know the resort market and the nuances involved in financing these types of properties - there are differences!

 EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE GUARANTEE - We promise to provide exceptional service throughout your purchase transaction.  If, in your opinion, we fail to do so, we will pay $1000 toward your closing costs.

LOAN CLOSING COSTS GUARANTEE - We will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of all your loan closing costs.  If your actual lender-controlled fees exceed our estimated fees as shown on the Good Faith Estimate, we will refund you the different plus $100.

 As a former financial planner (CFP), I have a very strong understanding of personal and corporate tax filings as well as the wide array of investment vehicles available to the consumer.   

After more than 15 years in the industry and thousands of loans closed, there are probably very few scenarios that I have not encountered!  The nature of lending requires me to be a generalist and be knowledgeable across all mortgage types (and there are plenty!).  I am happy to help the first time buyer, the seasoned real estate investor and anyone who needs my assistance. 

We are licensed in more states than just Colorado and I continue to provide mortgages for clients across the country.
