Following nearly 30 successful years in Corporate positions, I decided to return to a career in Real Estate originally begun in my hometown of Baltimore, Maryland. Facilitating this career change was my ability to draw on the extensive experience I gained from positions that I held, but especially management time spent with Multinational, Multibillion Dollar Companies. This background with extensive experience in Contract Negotiations, Organization, Centralization/Consolidation, Planning, Training, Implementation of Systems, and Customer Service provided a sound basis for this transition. Most importantly what I gained was the continual interaction with people in all capacities/countries, coupled with my firsthand experience with both domestic and international relocation (while living in the USA and Abroad), have given me a unique and invaluable perspective in helping others achieve their dreams of home ownership.

This award still stands today. I received "The Gold Award" in 2002, 2003 2004, 2005, advancing to Platinium in 2006, 2007 for Balistreri, being a Top Producer for the Delray Beach Office. A Relocation Specialist and a team member for RELO, the nations #1 Relocation Network. I am also certified Member of the Council of Residential Specialists, and received this designation March 10th, 2005.  I also received my designation for SRES in 2006, and hold a certified status for each. From 1999 to 2007 I was in the top 1% nationwide, in 2008, I was semi-active due to family related circumstances.

How can I thank you enough for all that you've done for me?  To start, it was you that alerted me to my Dad's health condition, so that I realized the need to visit and help him.  You and your husband helped my Dad in so may ways -- even picking him up and bringing him home from the hospital -- and so many other things, the list could just go on.  You are truly a kind and generous soul, and I hope that you get back all the good karma that you give out.

I will be forever grateful to you for all that you did in helping me through an extremely difficult ordeal, both emotionally, logistically, and every other which way.  You were professional, knowledgeable, and served as an advocate for me in every situation.
