I am a native of Madison County, Alabama.  Ive watched this area transform from the Cotton Producing Capital to the High Tech Community of the South.  The Hill Family has lived in the area since the early 1800's.  "As Old As The Hills"...that's my family :)

I have six years of real estate experience, 7 years of banking experience, 27 years of manufacturing experience. On the side, I have owned and operated 3 businesses.

I hold a Broker's License.  I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).  I have closed on 125-175 properties in North Alabama.

My vision of a successful real estate closing is when everybody wins: The Purchaser, The Seller, The Agents, The Mortgage Banker, The Attorney and anyone else involved.  The best track for my vision, first and foremost, is honesty.  Secondly, is safe guarding a professional work ethic that listens and delivers on time and complete.

I believe that knowledge is power.  I constantly seek out seminars and listen to peers.  I spend hours weekly on the internet and reading publications, seeking the latest means to better serve my clients.

I enjoy working with first time buyers, but I am quite experienced with mid to high end new contruction in Madison and Meridianville.  I enjoy working with clients that usually turn into lasting friends long after the closing.  I love the challenge of marketing listings in a way that they can find their new home owner in a timely fashion.  I like the challenge of leaving no stone unturned to find the  "just right" home for the homebuyer (any price range, any age, any area).

I enjoy, not only helping people make smart moves in real estate, but sharing my recommendation on good eateries or beautiful North Alabama scenery. I enjoy watching children as they decide which will be their new bedroom (most try to get away with claiming the Master Bedroom).  I like to take photos of my clients on the day of closing.

Most of all I enjoy the conversion of clients to lasting friendships.
