About myself

I was born and raised in Japan.  I received a BA in Interior Design in college in Tokyo.  I enjoy watching my kid's soccer game, wine tasting and cooking.  

I love my family, friends and 'my job'.

I love my job, and I am passionate about real estate. I have extensive experience both buying and selling residential real estate and specialize in Eastside homes (especially Kirkland, Woodinville, Kenmore, Bothell, Mill Creek and the surrounding area). I love building up a solid relationship with my clients. Their best interest and happiness are always my first priority, and I go the extra mile in helping them reach their real estate goals. I listen to them carefully, so I understand their goals and their needs – not only financially but also emotionally and logistically. I listen to their anxiety and their worries and never discount their stress. I know how they feel. I have moved 3 times before becoming an agent and I remember how stressful it was.

The way of real estate marketing has changed so much in the past few years and I’ve realized that I have to keep learning about online marketing/Social Media and keep moving with the times if I want to succeed. Thankfully, Coldwell Banker Bain offers cutting edge classes all the time, so I can take those classes as much as my schedule permits. I am always learning!

Yuno did a spectacular job with marketing and selling my house. For our first appointment to discuss listing our house, we were very impressed that she came very prepared with a marketing action plan and a detailed pricing analysis. More importantly, she came across as genuine and hard working. This was lacking in the other agents we met with, who either came unprepared, and/or didn't understand the dynamics of the housing market for my neighborhood.  
Yuno's compassion for her clients that's a gem. Through the whole process from the first open house, to accepting the offer, though closing, she was diligently engaged in the process. She really did go above and beyond for us while we were dealing with personal crises (in addition to selling), going as far as to offer to babysit :). I've worked with other listing agents that once the offer is signed, they disappear, only to resurface around closing time to pick up their commission check.
