Yuno did a spectacular job with marketing and selling my house. For our first appointment to discuss listing our house, we were very impressed that she came very prepared with a marketing action plan and a detailed pricing analysis. More importantly, she came across as genuine and hard working. This was lacking in the other agents we met with, who either came unprepared, and/or didn't understand the dynamics of the housing market for my neighborhood. Yuno's compassion for her clients that's a gem. Through the whole process from the first open house, to accepting the offer, though closing, she was diligently engaged in the process. She really did go above and beyond for us while we were dealing with personal crises (in addition to selling), going as far as to offer to babysit :). I've worked with other listing agents that once the offer is signed, they disappear, only to resurface around closing time to pick up their commission check.
In the end through her hard work, and *smart* sales approach, we received an offer on the house in 5 days! If you are buying or selling in Seattle I wholeheartedly recommend Yuno.

My wife and I recently bought a home in the Seattle area with Yuno Marioni as our agent. The entire experience went smoothly with Yuno going above and beyond to support us.
This was particularly true because we were moving from Southern California and thus weren't able to be present in person for all of the events leading to closing and Yuno took care of everything. She even was kind enough to check on the home once a week during the 2 month period between closing and when we were able to move in.
Yuno stayed in constant communication e-mailing information and updates throughout and being very responsive to all the questions we had. She made what can be a very difficult process as easy as you could expect.
