About Us:
Having grown up on St. Simons Island, GA, I have seen the island grow and develop over the years. I've witnessed the change from a sleepy beach town to a vibrant, exciting community.
I returned to the island after 12 years in the banking industry, working in various areas such as personal investment sales, personal trust account adminstration, money management and personnel. Upon our return, I decided this was my chance to try a field I have always had an interest in - Real Estate! What a perfect choice. I love what I do! I have found that my banking background has provided me with a solid foundation on which to build my real estate business.
I work hard for my clients and provide them with the highest level of service available. I don't view myself as a pushy salesperson, rather as a consultant looknig out for my client's best interest. I strive to work with my clients as a team. My goal is to listen to you and to understand your goals that I can help you attain those goals while making informed and well thought out decisions.

Areas of Expertise
Signature Properties Group opened their doors on March 28, 2003. Myself, Bill Keim and Phoebe Hoaster, all previously with Sea Island Properties, decided to open our own real estate company when Sea Island Company announced the closing of their St. Simons Real Estate division in order to concentrate on sales within the Sea Island developments.
When we opened Signature Properties Group we simply took our experience, knowledge, energy and dedication to our customers and gave it a new name and a renewed commitment. Our mission is to provide the highest level of personal service to our clients and friends through our commitment to professionalism. We have built our team with experienced, full-time, knowledgeable associates who have earned the respect of their peers.
Since opening our doors we have grown from a small group of four to 15 licensed agents, a licensed assistant and other staff. Presently we are the highest company in sales production in the county for the first quarter 2007.
