My name is Mark Manning and I am a dedicated and successful Real Estate & Auction professional. My personal goal is to simplify the process of buying and selling Real Estate and to honestly satisfy everyone's needs to the best of my ability. Real Estate at private sale or Auction is my love. I am a Land man! I am the most happy working with a piece of land, no matter if it has a home on it or not. I just love Auctions! I was an Auctioneer for the State of Tenn for years and have taken that interest and use it in the real Estate business. I have worked full time as a Real Estate Agent for over 15 years and have sole many homes and tracts of land. I can show you how to buy and sell Real Estate either at auction or private sales. I have worked with first time home buyers and land developers. I will be glad to show you that first home or help with any large or small development. I have worked and booked many Auctions and cleaned out many barns and closets and loved it all. I am one that is excited at each box or pile or covered up stack, in hopes of the next treasure.
