My team and I specialize in FHA first time home buyers and self-employed borrowers. My team has the ability to shop 100s of lenders and 1000s of programs to make a deal happen for A paper down to C-D paper. In addition, we have the ability to do many commercial properties that others decline so give us a shot!
Finding the best program and rate for our client's is what we strive for with our referral business. I have built a partnership with a national bank where I have the ability to refer other financial services I don't provide.
