Profile Page Lead Capture Tools
ActiveRain's new profile pages have a new look. And with that we've rolled out a couple of extra ways for you to capture those leads that come across your new profile page.
1. Contact Me Button: Yes, we've always had a way for people checking out your profile to contact you. The new contact me button makes it a little more obvious where someone can click to track you down. The new contact me form that someone fills out after hitting the 'contact me' button has a few additional fields from before. Now someone can leave their phone number and if you are using the smart leads technology, that phone number can be pulled into your CRM.
2. Call to Action Button: In the example it says 'home search' but you have the option of which call to action you want to use. Depending on what you pick will determine what words display. And then based on what call to action you display you can link to wherever you choose. The other options for call to action are:
MY SERVICES
APPLY NOW
APPRAISAL
CHECK RATES
GET A QUOTE
HOME SEARCH
LEARN MORE
NEW HOMES
OUR CULTURE
PLACE ORDER
If you were a lender and wanted to use the 'get a quote' call to action you could then make that call to action direct to a page on your website where someone could fill out a form to get a quote for a mortgage.
3. Email option: We still have the ability for someone to email you through ActiveRain. This works in the same fashion it has in the past. If someone clicks on the link for your name, a form appears that they can submit to you via email. Just like the 'Contact Me' button above, the new email function has an additional field for phone number.
4. Interact With Me Form: I'm going to call this new lead capture tool 'Ask me a question'. Although, that's probably not the best name for it considering it doesn't have to say 'ask me a question'. That new box on the right hand side of your profile page is something which you can manipulate to say whatever you want. But the idea remains the same, someone can interact with you directly from your profile page. We are looking forward to seeing what kind of creative calls to action people end up using in that space.
