Where do I begin? In 2007 we contacted Trisha Bush of Preferred Properties to show us homes. I let her know we would be arriving with our 3 small children and wanted to get through as many, as possible, in one day. I have to say, she rolled out the red carpet for us. She had games and activities for the children while we were driving from house to house to keep them occupied, she had snacks and water and had planned a lunch stop too. We looked at 12 homes in 6 hours. Ultimately, we ended up building a custom home (long involved process). Trisha was there every step of the way to insure the home was built to our liking. Through this process our family has gained a wonderful, sincere friend and an "Auntie Trisha" to our 3 girls. Trisha use to be a teacher and it is obvious when she is around children - they all love her. Her office is child friendly too and if we stop in to say hello, Trisha will stop what she is doing to color with my youngest (Lilli who is 3).
